Melchester Rovers was formed in 1996 by a wee man with a big vision. Tired of the arguments about whether the ball had gone in off the inside of the jumper used for a post on a weekend kick-about, Conor Laffan decided to join the big leagues.

Melchester spent their first few seasons concentrating more on entertaining the fans than bagging points. They have since gone on to establish themselves as one of the most feared teams in the third division of the San Francisco Football League with a blend of football that can only be described as futuristic. It's not just a club, it's a lifestyle.
